Founded on 18th May 1992 by professionals, technocrats, and social activists, our organization began as a vocational training institute to empower youth, promote livelihood development, and provide basic healthcare in rural areas. Over the years, we have grown into a leading welfare organization dedicated to uplifting the underprivileged and enabling them to participate in the nation’s social, economic, and cultural progress.
In 2015-16, we became a funded partner of the National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC), offering courses under the Health Sector Skill Council. We are also an approved training provider under UTKARSHA BANGLA, an initiative of the Government of West Bengal, and recognized by CBSE as a Skill Knowledge Provider for vocational training in Allied Health Sciences. As a Project Implementing Agency under the Ministry of Minority Affairs, we have successfully executed projects like Nai Manzil and Seekho Aur Kamao in West Bengal and the Andaman & Nicobar Islands.
Driven by dedicated staff and visionary leadership, we continue to expand our reach and enhance the quality of our initiatives to serve more people and fulfill their basic needs.
