As a Training Partner of the National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC), India, SSMT is thrilled to be contributing to the organization’s goal of skilling 150 million individuals in India by 2022.
A unique PPP between the public and commercial sectors, NSDC aims to advance skill development.
The Union Ministry of Finance is the promoter of the Public-Private Partnership NSDC, in which the Indian government owns 49% of the equity.
NSDC was established to support private sector efforts in the skill development domain in order to meet the goal of skilling or upskilling 150 million people by 2022.
Candidates can discover a career that is sustainable for them and the suitable position at the right age with the assistance of the NSDC partners’ skill-building programme.
National Apprenticeship Training Scheme
NATS (National Apprenticeship Training Scheme) is a Government of India initiative focused on providing practical, on-the-job training to graduates, diploma holders, and other eligible candidates. It aims to bridge the gap between academic learning and industry requirements, enhancing employability and skill development. . SSMT is an institute under NATS . Students passed allied Health care diploma courses from this institute can enroll their name under this scheme
Student Credit Card Facility – Govt. of West Bengal
The Government of West Bengal’s Student Credit Card Scheme offers up to ₹10 lakhs for higher studies and skill development with easy repayment options. Through this facility, SSMT Skill helps students access quality training, career-oriented courses, and advanced skill programs without financial barriers.

On ground Implementation
During training we give adequate hours of class room teaching and practical session. Starter classes caters to the very basics of teaching, special attention for weaker students, topical aptitude test after every class, extensive doubt clearing with personal attention, customized group discussion and Personal interview program, including audio visual aids for post selection interviews.
We have seven vocational training center across West Bengal where we have good infrastructure for conducting different courses in Medical & Nursing sector under MES under DGET. In all the Centers we have permanent Registration number from DGET, Govt. of India.
Success Story
1992 marked the beginning of our journey. We have trained a great number of students in various paramedical trades and other associated skill development training courses over the past 20 years. The majority of these pupils have established themselves in their professional lives rather well. We are showcasing a few of their accomplishments here.

আমার নাম অর্পিতা দে। আমি কলকাতায় এলাকায় থাকি এখান থেকে GDA ADVANCE Course করে আমি বর্তমানে হসপিটালে চাকরি করি এখান থেকে পাশ করেই চাকরিটা পেয়ে গেছিলাম.
আমি সেন্টু চৌধুরী আমি এখানে ফিজিওথেরাপি করছি। এখনো পরীক্ষা শেষ হয়নি কিন্তু তার আগে আমি রোজগার শুরু করে দিয়েছি। আমি মাসে এখন ১৫ হাজার টাকা রোজগার করি |

"আমার নাম গোলাম দোস্তগীর আমি স্কুল অফ মেডিকেল টেকনোলজির কোর্সটি করেছিলে রবীন্দ্রভারতীর অধীনে ছিল আমি বর্তমানে মেডিকেল কলেজে কর্মরত।"
"আমি রিনা দাস আমি এখানে ফিজিওথেরাপি কোর্স টি করছি। এখনো পরীক্ষা শেষ হওয়ার আগে আমি রোজ কাজ শুরু করে দিয়েছি। আমি মাসে এখন ১০-১২ হাজার টাকা রোজগার করি রোজগার করি."
"আমি মানস সরকার, আমি ঠাকুর পুকুরে থাকি। তা আমি এখানে এই কোর্সটি করেছি এখানে কোর্সের নাম হচ্ছে ডিপিটি। ডিপ্লোমা অফ ফিজিওথেরাপি কোর্স আমি চাকরি তা পাই ,এখন ১৫-২০ হাজার টাকা রোজগার করি। এবং আমি সংসার চালাই। ইন্সটিটিউটের প্রতি আমার অসীম কৃতজ্ঞতা।"
"আমি বিশ্বজিৎ পাত্র। আমি মেদিনীপুরে থাকি থেকে এখানে পড়তে এসেছিলাম ডি এম এল টি ,তো আমি অ্যাপেলো হসপিটালে চাকরি করি এখান থেকে পাশ করেই চাকরিটা পেয়ে গেছিলাম ইস্কুল অফ মেডিকেল টেকনোলজি কে আমার ধন্যবাদ"
"আমি দেবাশীষ রায় স্কুল অফ মেডিকেল টেকনোলজি থেকে ডিএমএলটি কোর্সটি পাস করেছে। তো এখানে ট্রেনিং হবার পরে আমি লাল প্যাথ ল্যাবে চাকরি পেয়ে গেছি এখানে এত ভালো শিখেছি বলে একবার ইন্টারভিউতে আমি চান্স পেয়ে গেছি।"
''আমার নাম তৃপ্তি কানা গুরিয়া আমি এখানে Gda করছি করেছি করার পর আমাকে নর্থ সিটি হসপিটালে ইন্টার্নশিপ এর জন্য পাঠিয়েছিল। কিন্তু আমার কাজ করার ক্ষমতা দেখে ওখানে আমি চাকরি পেয়ে যাই। ''
''আমার নাম সার্থকি শীল আমি স্কুল অফ মেডিকেল টেকনোলজি থেকে কোর্সটি শিখেছি ,আমার সঙ্গে আমার দিদিও শিখেছে ,এখান থেকে পাশ করার পর আমাকে একদিন বসতে হয়নি। আমি এখন রুটিন ল্যাবটারী কালেকশন সেন্টারে চাকরি করি। এর জন্য আমি স্কুল অফ মেডিকেল টেকনোলজি কে অনেক ধন্যবাদ জানাই।''
"আমি প্রবীর মন্ডল গোবরডাঙ্গা থেকে এখানেই ক্লাস করতে প্রতিদিন ট্রেনে আসতাম ,আমার পড়াশুনা চালানো মতো খরচ ছিল না ,এখান থেকে আমাকে একটা প্লেসমেন্টের ব্যবস্থা করে দেয়, ওখানে আমি আট হাজার টাকা করে পেতাম , ওই টাকা দিয়ে পড়াশোনা শেষ করি এবং পড়া শেষ করার পর ওখানেই চাকরি পাই। "
